@franky draft a proposal for Beta Logistics — they're evaluating CAAC and want pricing by Friday.
Franky App 2:31 PM
A 60% draft is in Drive, built from deals you already won:
  • Scope reused from 2 logistics deals closed in Q2
  • Growth tier from the current pricing matrix, annual discount applied
  • Objection handling for the two competitors they named
Left for you: their data-residency question — flagged in the draft.

@franky Acme is asking about moving off their legacy plan. Draft me a reply.
Franky App 10:12 AM
Draft, from the migration playbook and Acme's last 3 tickets:
Hi Dana — your legacy plan stays grandfathered. Moving to the new bundle now takes 30% off, and I can send the side-by-side today.
Heads-up: ticket #4471 says their admin changed in August — address Dana, not Ray.

Not a tool. A hire.

What makes Franky an employee

A chatbot answers a question and forgets it. Franky takes the job, works across your systems, and gets better the longer it stays.

Takes the whole job

Not a hint — the draft, the report, the transfer request. Franky brings back the 60% that is finding, pulling and assembling, and hands you the part that needs your call.

Works across your company

CRM, Drive, data warehouse, ticketing, ERP and ads platforms, queried in parallel through connectors — and it only sees what you can already see.

Gets better over time

Decisions, owners and the way your team talks become workspace memory. A correction made in the thread today is the answer someone else gets next week.

One hire, six desks

What Franky does for each team

Real jobs from Crescendo Lab's own teams and early customers. Every reply cites its sources; every action that changes something waits for a person.

Multiplayer

One person asks. The whole team learns.

Franky answers in the thread, so everyone sees it — and when someone corrects it, the next person gets the better answer without asking again.

  • Answers land where your team already works
  • Every answer is cited, so it can be trusted later
  • A correction today is the answer next week

FAQ

What teams ask before they hire Franky

How long does it take to onboard Franky?
One afternoon for the pilot install — the Slack app plus two or three read-only connections such as Drive, your CRM and your data warehouse. Team-specific skills ship over the following 2–4 weeks as real usage shows what to build.
What can Franky see?
Only the sources you connect, and only what the person asking is already allowed to see. Franky works with each person's own permissions, so it never surfaces data the requester couldn't open themselves.
What if Franky gives a wrong answer?
Every claim links back to the source it came from, and when Franky can't find a source it says so instead of guessing. Corrections made in the thread become part of the next answer.
Can Franky take actions, not just answer?
Yes. Franky drafts documents, files requests and updates systems through your connected tools. Actions that change something wait for a one-click approval in the thread, from a person with the right to approve it.
How do you keep the AI bill under control?
Every workspace and team runs inside a token budget, and every model call is metered. That comes from Crescendo Agent Lab, the platform Franky runs on.
Is Franky SOC 2 / GDPR compliant?
SOC 2 Type II is on the Enterprise roadmap for 2026 Q4. Enterprise deployments run inside your own GCP project, so data never leaves. Pilot and Growth tiers run on Crescendo Lab's managed GCP in Taiwan.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You take everything with you. Connected source data is never copied to our infrastructure — Franky queries it live. The organization memory Franky built is exportable as JSON on request and deleted within 30 days.
How does pricing scale with usage?
Pilot ($1–2K/month) is flat-rate for one team. Growth ($5–15K/month) is org-wide with a baseline usage allowance plus pay-per-token over it — most customers settle around $8K/month. Enterprise is custom, with private deploy and SLA.
Can different teams have their own Franky?
Yes. Each team can have its own skills, persona and data sources under one workspace — the CS Franky and the Sales Franky see different worlds, with one bill.
